Rachael went home this morning. On my tro ride home, I desperately tried to
get a picture of a true African symbol, the mango tree. Not only does it bare delicious fruit, but is
a super shade from the Ghana
sun. I’ll be home before the mangoes
from these trees bare fruit, though local mangoes are appearing at the
moment. These are yellow, about half the
size of mangoes we think of. The flesh
is rather stringy but very tasty, and you can eat the skin.
